Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. Orders placed after 12pm Friday thru Sunday, will not ship before Monday by end of the day. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible but we are a small team of humans who each wear multiple hats within Six & Twenty. 

Due to state laws and restrictions, we can only ship to certain states within the US. If you are experiencing issue during checkout, please check the list here to ensure that we are able to ship to your state.

Orders will be shipped via ground shipping, and are typically delivered within one to ten business days. Shipping times depend on where you are located within the US. FedEx provides estimated shipping times during checkout, but this does not include processing time and is in no way a guarantee. In the event of extreme weather, your product may be held until it is safe to ship.

Once packages are received by FedEx, we have no control over when they will be delivered. The most up to date information on package status can be found by entering your tracking number on the FedEx website.  If we are notified of an issue with a package being unable to be delivered due to damage to product, packaging, etc., we will contact the customer and create a plan to send out a replacement as soon as possible.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at (864)236-7886 and we will be happy to assist you.
